Laser cutting

Laser cutting uses laser beams to process materials such as black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. By controlling the temperature, length, and intensity of the beam, processing is customized to the desired cut. Autofric's new Amada LCG3015 fiber laser offers cost-effective laser cutting of sheet metal parts with very tight tolerance requirements.

Laser cutting offers many advantages.

  • High precision

Laser technology achieves a precision that is not possible with any other method. Laser cutting produces straight and clean cuts with high dimensional accuracy and meets high quality and tight tolerance requirements.

  • Effectiveness

We offer a highly efficient process from the customer's drawing to the finished parts. The setting is made directly in the machine, and the work is done quickly and efficiently.

  • Good economy of production

The machine's high precision and thin cut allow the parts to be cut close together. Material waste is minimized, which reduces manufacturing costs.

Laser technology offers great opportunities in terms of design, capacity, and material selection. We offer laser processing of sheet metal materials such as black steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.

As part of our work on sustainability and environmental issues, we have invested in our own nitrogen gas production facility.

Nitrogen gas is mainly used for cutting stainless steel materials. With our own gas supply, emissions of CO2 are reduced by about 50%. We also reduce transportation costs as everything is produced within our own walls.
