Meet David Forsberg, Production Manager at Autofric

Hello there, David! Can you tell us a bit about what your role as Production Manager at Autofric entails?

“Absolutely! My working days are very varied, which I really enjoy. I work on everything from planning to having direct contact with our customers. I'm also responsible for ensuring that our projects follow the set plans and that the work flows as intended.”

What is the best thing about your job?

“The best thing is the development we're going through as a company and the challenges it brings. At the same time, I would also like to take the opportunity to highlight my colleagues. They are a big part of why I enjoy working at Autofric. We are a fantastic team and together we create workplace happiness.”

What challenges do you face in your job?

“One of the biggest challenges is to meet delivery times and to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, while the company is growing in both turnover and staff. It's a lot to keep track of, but I like the challenge. With the expansion in Råda, we also face new logistics issues, especially regarding transportation between our premises. It will be an exciting journey, and I look forward to seeing how we tackle the challenges that follow.”

Where can we find you when you are not working?

“If it's during the winter months, it's probably on the snowmobile. A sunny day in the mountains and a snowmobile ride in the wintry landscape - I can't imagine anything more wonderful! I also have a fondness for American pickups and like to tinker with both cars and scooters. Apart from that, time spent with friends and family at our house in Haftersbol is something I value highly.”
