Autofric has just returned from a valuable visit to our UK distributor Jacopa, where we had the opportunity to deepen our collaboration, share expertise, and gain firsthand insights into the UK water and wastewater sector.

During the visit we had the pleasure to participate in the Water Equipment Show, as well as a dedicated customer Focus Group meeting in Shifnal. This visit underscored the importance of working closely with local partners to stay attuned to market needs and industry developments.

Water Equipment Show: A Hub for Innovation and Exchange

The Water Equipment Show is one of the UK’s key industry events for professionals working in water and wastewater treatment. Attending the event alongside Jacopa gave us the opportunity to connect with experts from across the sector, explore new technologies, and engage in discussions around the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

Customer Focus Group in Shifnal: Listening to the Market

Following the show, Jacopa hosted a Customer Focus Group meeting in Shifnal, gathering key representatives from UK water and wastewater service companies. The goal was to create an open forum for sharing perspectives, identifying current industry drivers, and discussing future needs.
